At Infrastruct we pride ourselves on good quality workmanship. Over the years we have built up a trustworthy and skilled team of specialist tradesmen who take a great deal of pride and satisfaction from delivering excellence on each and every project.
Our electricians and plumbers are fully up to speed with the latest regulations and work along side our clients, client’s architects and project managers to ensure the best results.
Our pricing strategy is carefully planned and considered, we usually work from architects drawings and then price by quantity and requirements and not by the square meter. This allows us to present the client with a quote that is accurate to the best of our ability and wherever possible saves the client incurring extra charges on the project throughout the various stages of the build.
We always shop around for materials and cross check our supplier’s prices against their competition to ensure we save the client as much as possible. Occasionally, this means we turn to buying in bulk and stocking surplus materials passing the cost savings onto our clients.
When we pitch for a construction project we will make everything in our quote as detailed and as clear as possible so both parties know exactly where they stand. Our policy is to not take any payment upfront, instead we prefer to use a stage payment system on larger jobs.
Our philosophy is to deliver quality work, honestly priced.

AREA COVERED
We mainly operate in the South East, namely Surrey and Sussex. We also carry out carpentry and restoration projects in London's Sloane Square and Westminster and have previously been involved in construction and project management overseas.
